2. You must be physically in the state of California during our appointment (out of state telehealth waivers related to Covid are expiring)
3. While I am telehealth only for now, state regulations may require some in person visits in the future. I plan to rent temporary office space in the LA and Bay Area to satisfy these regulations if needed, but my primary appointments will remain telehealth. If you reside in a rural or remote area of California you may have to make a trip to the city annually to see me, depending on how the DEA and state medical board handle the end of Covid restrictions.

2. As a solo practitioner, I do not take insurance but my goal is to be affordable to most people with private insurance. I will provide a “superbill” so that most insurances will reimburse you at least partially. You pay me by credit card, and I will send you a “superbill” document that should allow you to claim out of network benefits. Note that I am unable to do this for Medicare, due to the way Medicare regulations work. My fee schedule is:

• Child or Adolescent Intake: 90 Minute Interview / 300$
• Adult Intake: 60 Minute Interview / 200$
• Standard Follow Up: 15 Minute Interview / 140$
